Hold Policy

If you need a little more time before you finally decide on the perfect wedding gown, you may take advantage of our unique service.  We will gladly put the gown on a free, 24-hour hold.  The wedding gown is taken out of inventory so it is not available to other brides. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, it is put back into inventory.

You may choose a 7-day hold for 50% of the purchase price of the gown.  The gown is taken out of inventory and would be unavailable to other brides.  The 50% is applied towards the purchase of the gown.  If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the gown will go back into inventory and you will receive a store credit in the amount of the hold.

Layaway Policy

Layaway plans are offered at no additional charge if you wish to make payments on the purchase of your gown.  All items remain in the shop during the layaway term. Payment in full is due within 30 days of the date of purchase.
